I. Account registration and security

In order to access Sessiontab and use our Services, the User will need to register by completing a registration form, providing us with basic information and activating the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" field, demonstrating consent to the proposed terms.

While using our Service, the information provided must be kept up-to-date to optimize the operation of all the premises set forth in this document.

Sessiontab advises its Users to keep all login information and credit card data (Access via Paypal), in secrecy, and to avoid sharing them when it is not essential.

We will not be liable in case of unauthorized access to your account due to failure to keep your credentials safe or confidential.

It is the responsibility of the User to protect their personal data and to maintain the confidentiality of their information.

You are also responsible for promptly changing your password or notifying Sessiontab in case of any unauthorized use of your account or violation of information.
To the extent that such loss has not been caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud or malfeasance by Sessiontab, Sessiontab shall not be liable for any loss that the User may incur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible for expenses, including usage charges and penalties, civil judgments, and attorneys' fees for your intentional or negligent failure to protect User information and passwords. If there are plausible suspicions, we may modify, terminate or suspend your account immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service, or request termination of your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

II. Subscription Term and Renewal

Initially, the User can use Sessiontab for a trial period. The duration of this period will be specified during the account creation process, which may be an indefinite cycle while using the free plan. At the end of the trial period, you may need to enter payment information if you have not already done so in order to continue using our Services.

When your payment information is properly updated, your credit card or PayPal account will automatically be charged on the billing date shown in the billing section of your account on our site.
Unless the Sessiontab subscription plan is canceled before the end of your current subscription, the renewal may occur automatically.
This applies to all subscription plans involving payment and works the same way for monthly and yearly renewals. Any written notice of your intention not to renew may also be provided to the following e-mail address: [email protected].

III. Client information

When individuals or companies sign up to use Sessiontab, or request additional information about us, Sessiontab may require personal information, such as name, email address, telephone number, financial information (for example, credit, billing address) and site to be tracked to meet the request. When a client registers for the Sessiontab Service, some of this information may be temporarily stored in encrypted data in a session cookie (but never stored or linked to a permanent cookie). Sessiontab can use this information to fulfill your request, register your account, and verify your qualifications for signing up. Sessiontab may also use personally identifiable information to provide you with products and services, customize and adapt your Sessiontab experience, operate our business, request additional information necessary to process or service your request, or to contact you with product and service information with new or special offers.
We may periodically send promotional materials or notifications related to our products and services to the email address associated with your account.

IV. Payment

The Service is provided as SaaS (software-as-a-service).
We offer several types of service subscription. There is a free subscription with limited resources that does not require any billing or payment information. We also offer premium subscriptions that are automatically charged in a monthly or yearly billing cycle.
The charge may be monthly or yearly, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when you purchase a subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will be renewed automatically under the same conditions, unless canceled previously. Valid payment methods are: credit card or PayPal balance, both methods managed by the Paypal.com gateway. If automatic billing does not occur for any reason, Sessiontab will notify you by email, which in turn must provide a new payment method if you want to continue using the Service.

V. Warranties

Sessiontab assures the User that:
The Service will be provided in accordance with applicable law;

Each of its employees has the skill, knowledge and background needed to perform their assigned tasks;

Intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, service marks, registered or unregistered) in any material provided by Sessiontab shall not be infringed when used in accordance with this Agreement;

Sessiontab will only use your data in accordance with this Agreement, and within the limits of its validity.

VI. Data Retention

Sessiontab undertakes to securely store data on behalf of its customers in accordance with its subscription plan. Any data that exceeds the established deadline will be permanently excluded from our systems after a period not defined in this term.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Sessiontab does not provide any archival or backup service and may exclude data that is no longer in use and exceeds the time limits set forth in the applicable subscription plan.

Sessiontab expressly disclaims all obligations regarding the archiving, storage and backup of data.

VII. Confidentiality

The receiving party of confidential information shall keep such information in confidence with the strictest reliability for the sole and exclusive purpose of being used during the term of this document. The receiving party shall ensure the restriction of access to confidential information to its employees, contractors and third parties by requiring such persons to sign and comply with non-disclosure restrictions at least as protective as those contained in this agreement. The receiving party shall not, without the prior written approval of the other party, publish, copy or otherwise disclose to third parties, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of the disclosing party, any confidential information.

The receiving party shall return to the disclosing party any confidential information and all records, notes and other written, printed or tangible materials in its possession belonging to confidential information immediately.

VIII. Suspension and termination

In the event of an express breach of the terms of this agreement, Sessiontab may temporarily suspend any account by disabling user access until the User is notified and has the opportunity to correct any breach of this agreement or any additional terms. If this violation is not corrected within 10 days of receiving such notice, your account may be terminated.

This agreement and the additional terms will remain valid until terminated in accordance with the conditions explained in this document. This agreement may be terminated by Sessiontab: immediately, as provided in this agreement. The User may terminate this agreement upon cancellation of the Service and full account termination.
